Please read over our Exchanges Policy Guidelines before submitting your request.
Any problems arising within 30 days of receipt that we deem to be our responsibility will be taken care of at no charge to the customer.
Exchanges within 14 days of graphics being received.
Website Kits: Exchanges will be accepted for any reason up to 14 days from the date the graphics are received with the following conditions.
1. Graphics must be in original condition. (all graphics must be intact, cannot be removed or cut from the roll, and in the original packaging).
2. Exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Kits: One-off custom designs may be returned under our 14 day no hassle policy but any custom design charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges after 14 days of graphics being received.
Exchanges 15-30 days after graphics have been received are accepted with a 20% restocking fee based on the original retail amount with the following conditions:
1. Graphics must be in original condition (all graphics must be intact, cannot be removed or cut from the roll, and in the original packaging).
2. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, custom design costs, costs for logo adds, and any price differences between products that are being exchanged.
**We will NOT mail any graphics out and/or issue a refund until receipt and inspection of the original graphics kit first.**
